We've just set up the CommitCRM/GFI Max Link. It seems to be working in that new tickets are being created in CommitCRM when a GFI check fails, however the status does not appear to being updated when the check is resolved in GFI. How quickly should the CommitCRM ticket reflect the udpated status from GFI?

Re: GFI Max Link
Updates for Tickets based on GFI MAX failed check alerts occurred, by default, every two minutes.
Fail check alerts that no longer fail will update the corresponding ticket in RangerMSP - a Note will be added under the Ticket History and it can be viewed under the History/Preview tabs.
Please note that the Ticket in RangerMSP will not be closed automatically when the issue is resolved (usually by technicians) and the issue is not being reported anymore. It does not close it because you may still want to add charges, notes for the customer, etc. - all before the RangerMSP ticket is closed.
Hope this helps.
