    Online services for customer portal - feature request

    Hi guys, I was thinking how good it would be if there was a section of the customer web interface where we could use online services to automatically launch things like their GFI Max client dashboard or an online reporting portal, we could store the access passwords in CommitCRM feilds under the client account and pass them in the URL. This would assist us all in giving our clients a one stop portal without them needing to remember different url's and passwords.

    Just a thought....

    Yes good idea... maybe a help desk like hesk integrated into CommitCRM too?

      In general we may be able to already customize the Web interface to support the Online Services for customers too (already accessible for employees). Please let us know exactly where you want it supported (like the Ticket Details page) and we will see how this can be embedded.

        It would be great to have it as a separate tab in the client interface rather than the way it appears in the staff view, ideally there would be a tab there and it would be great if we could add a few fields to the web user properties that could be used to store credentials etc.. for these links as you may not want all the web users for a particular company to be able to launch into the reporting portal or gfi

          With the online services can you pull up the asset direct from GFI ?

            We should already be able to customize your system and include access to the Online Services feature for customers in the portal under the Ticket/Contract/Asset details pages (or any of them). There won't be any permissions though and all Online Services configured under any of these areas will be available for the customer. In case this can work please drop us an email with the exact details and we will try to assist.
