I would like to clear my current CommitCRM database of customer / ticket information in preparation for its use in conjunction with an alternative work initiative.
I am aware that customer information cannot be deleted where there are linked assets, and therefore I presume that these need to unlinked or deleted first.
Is there a process whereby the above can be undertaken in order to provide a clean database as it was when the program was first installed.
