I would like to replace the dialer.exe with BiocomSystem's outcall.exe to make phone calls straight from CommitCRM when a number is right clicked on and dial is selected. I have only been able to get CommitCRM to invoke outcall.exe so far but does not pass the phone number through to dial the number. Is there anyone that could help with this project?? Thanks in advance.

Re: Outcall Integration
Thanks for posting. We're not familiar with the specifics of BiocomSystem's dialing functions, however, if it is meant to be a one-to-one replacement it should have worked. Maybe you can use Online Services for this, if it can listen for http requests it should work. Other than this maybe if you post some more information we will be able to assist though we're not familiar with this program.
Hope this helps.

Re: Outcall Integration
Can we integrate this to CISCO COiP phones? It has software that allows you to call phone number listed in Word, Internet Explorer, Firefox ect.

Re: Outcall Integration
We don't know about that specific system, RangerMSP dials the Windows phone dialer directly. Using Online Services as mentioned previously may also be an option.

Re: Outcall Integration
We're also not familiar with Magicjack. If you already have it then you could just try it and maybe you will be able to get it working.
