From our tests it seems to work fine so please let us know if this happens for you on all reports or only certain reports and if so, which ones.

Right, the issue here is due to a different font being used for the custom pricing lines and it seems that Euro symbol is not supported for this font. You can copy this report to create a custom report, then change the font of the Custom Rates and Fixed Prices field using the Report Designer and then the Euro symbol will work.
