When in a ticket if we click email and send it doesnt create a history note with the message.
in other areas it is working.

When using the Email Connector the entire Ticket Email Thread is managed by it and things works differently. The email you send to "customers" is sent the email connector that in turn distribute it to all recipients (e.g. the customer) as well as files it under the Ticket History - as an email message (and the text is displayed).
