Re: Difference between Billable and Not Billable

    Answer

When a Charge is set as Billable it means that you intend to bill the customer for this Charge. When you create an invoice (using the QuickBooks link), only the unbilled billable Charges will be included on the Invoice by default although you can also choose to include not billable charges for information purposes only (they wont be included in the actual amount billed).

And so, being able to control and set the Global System Contract to default to not billable (labor, expense and product items) would be hugely beneficial... :-)
