How can my staff create QB invoices?

They all get told they have to be an administrator (of course they are not)

You can set the employee privileges for QuickBooks access on File > Users and Privileges > Privileges.

The user who has the issue has full privileges. On the QB section everything is checked.

Is there another place to look?

Please verify that you can reach the same company file from QuickBooks on the computers they use.

They can. We have QB and Commit are on a terminal server. We use both all day / everyday.
