            Not necessarily. Many times administrative people, unlike technicians, are assigned with installing and configuring RangerMSP as a professional services automation business tool, and therefore IT they don't have that IT related background.

                I know we have admin staff that dont know networking, but we'd never have them setup or upgrade commit.

                I just cant see telling the accounting staff to "go make sure commit is working properly" check for open ports & whatnot!
