QB Link Setup Issue

Hi

We have just converted our CommitCRM trial to a full version and when changing the QB link to point to our live QB data file get this error at the last step... (it worked perfectly with a test company file when we first tested it)

An Error occurred in Quickbooks
Message received from Quickbooks:
Status code: 3020
Message: There was an error when converting the date value "2014-06-21T14:41:15" in the field "FromDeleted date-time"

Any help with this would be much appreciated

Thanks for posting. While rare, it's a known problem with QuickBooks and NZ time zone.

Please try the following:

Change the server and PC time-zone to GMT (London).
Save and restart both.

Attempt to connect RangerMSP the company file.
In case it worked, you can safely revert back to your timezone.

Can this problem be resolved sometime please.
It is still happening over four years and x? versions since we first reported it, presumably this wasn't the first time.
It's a bit of a pain changing date on the server and kicking everyone out to restart CommitCRM as the clients don't handle reconnecting too well.

Thank you for posting this. In general this error is returned by QuickBooks / Reckon instead of the actual response to the query request sent by RangerMSP.

Based on the error message listed in this thread, RangerMSP queries for some records that were not found and have probably been deleted in QuickBooks/Reckon.

You may email us your RangerMSP log files so we will try to check which records were not found.
The log files can be sent by zipping the \RangerMSP\Logs folder.
