Noticeable lag when using locally, recent decline, how to fix?

I have RangerMSP installed and hosted on my Thinkpad T14s Gen 3 (AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U, 32GB RAM, 1TB Samsung 990 PRO SSD). It had been running nice and smooth until recently, now there is severe lag when opening anything (ticket, asset etc).

My SSD is benchmarking fine, the program dir is excluded from AV, I am a solo tech so should be no need for the SQL DB. Are there any maintenance routines I can run to speed it up again? I am not sure what has led to this performance decline but it is painful.

Thank you for posting this. We recommend that you try to reindex the database. The instructions can be found here.

Important - please take a database *backup* before reindexing.
