Tactical RMM Integration?

Are there any plans for integrating Tactical RMM? That is the RMM solution we are going with and it would be good to have an integration where new tickets are created from alerts about servers that are down, etc.

We may indeed add such integration in the future. Demand for it has been low (so far), however, it might be getting more traction.

Despite not having a direct two-way API based integration with Tactical RMM, you should probably be able to automatically convert email alerts from this RMM system into new Tickets in RangerMSP already using the Automated Emails feature of the Email Connector feature.

This is how it successfully works well with many other not-officially-supported automated systems like RMM, backup, etc.
