How can I see appointments for employees who are no longer active?

If you select all employees in the Calendar then also the inactive employee data is shown. If you only want to see one particular employee then you just have to temporarily make that employee active.

You can easily find appointments on the Appointments tab where you can select the date range and if you right-click and select Table Options you can do a Text Search for the employee name.
