    QuickBooks Payment Link

We are having issues with the online payments link within QBO. It seems that some invoices have the payment link enabled by default, but most do not. Even after sending invoices to a client, we are still having to go in and enable payment options. We have dug around in QBO and it looks like we have things setup properly, and have not found other places, so wondering if there is a setting within Ranger for this? I found this link https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-...ven/00/1354996 From that article, here is something that seems to point the finger: "When using QBO, the system will only rely on the data that has been downloaded from an external source. This is because the mapping does not have an online payment option, and the option to enable this feature is not available when uploading data. Therefore, you will need to manually turn on the online payments option once the invoice has been uploaded."
I do not rely on QuickBooks forurms for facts, rather only to point fingers to look in different directions and hopefully get to somewhere that has an actual answer.
So, on that note, is there anything Ranger that we need to do to get payment links always enabled for clients? Or is the issue completely on the QBO side?

Thank you for posting this. We’re not sure if this is something controlled by third-party apps connected to QuickBooks (like RangerMSP is). Based on the forum thread you referenced, particularly the response from the QuickBooks employee that you quoted, it seems they suggest that such invoices should be reviewed in QBO and the payment option enabled directly there. We will investigate further and in case we find anything useful we'll surely be sharing it here. Thanks for bringing this up.
