    Exclude employee from support emails

    Is there an option to exclude an employee(s) from not receiving the support emails?
    I tried removing the users email address but they were able to still get the support email.
    I am using CommitCRM version 8

    Thank you for posting this.

    Removing email address for employee details should stop receiving emails sent through Email Connector or notifications sent via Alert Server.
    It may take a short-while for this change to affect automatically and you can restart RangerMSP Server service for instant results.
    Do note, that the above isn't the recommended way, but it'll work.

    What you should probably proceed with is to have users change their level of participation in ticket email threads. When logging with this particular user this can be set under Tools-> Option-> Ticket-2 tab.
    Also, under the Alerts tab you can configure which email alerts (that is different than emails that are part of a thread) will be sent to the user.
