Is there a way for GFI to automatically generate a ticket from the monthly report it sends out.

The GFI MAX Link offers plenty of options and it works at the failed-check/ticket level.

Depending on the Subject format, with reports sent to you by email you may be able to use the Automated Emails feature of the Email Connector in order to convert such emails into Tickets automatically.
