While we have received a few other requests for this the demand is still low and therefore we do not currently work on a two way integration with it. It may vary in the future depending on demand.

Having said that, using the Automated Emails feature of the Email Connector module, you should be able to automatically convert email alerts from Naverisk into new Tickets in RangerMSP. This is how it works well with systems a few other RMM systems.

A robust integration with RMM products is currently offered with our Continuum Link and GFI MAX Link modules.

To bring this thread up again, We just started using Naverisk as NCentral jacked up our contract rates after the first year. Is anyone else using Naverisk?

We are using it. And i think both companies are very similar and would work well together. CommitCRM needs a good RMM and Naverisk needs a good CRM. They are both web based and use Microsoft tech to run on.
