Anyone able to lend some insight on how you use CommitCRM to track time? We're trying to not use any paper forms and would prefer to stay within the confines of CommitCRM/quickbooks/outlook. We have tried some third party time apps but the whole process is just a mess. For example-
in the shop technician works on machine ticket 1 for 14 minutes / goes to new machine ticket 2 for 8 minutes / comes back to machine ticket 1 and does some work etc. Right now the techs have their own machines/CommitCRM login etc- working for a bit on a machine and then walking across the shop to hit the timer and then start another etc just isn't working. We were thinking of having them move a laptop around the shop with them but thought maybe someone out there has found a method that works?
