Re: More global contracts
The system global Contract is virtual and does not represent a real Contract but rather a place-holder for a contract. It has no rules, settings, etc. but does not have any real business meaning, therefore there isn't a second virtual contract available or can be created. Note that you do not have to create contracts for your customers, you can simply select that default virtual one, or - create a global contract per customer and assign the relevant stuff under it.
Hope this helps.

Re: More global contracts
I want to avoid creating a global contract for EVERY client. There isn't another way?

Re: More global contracts
Conctracts are always per account, by design. As explained, what you refer to is a virtual system contract that isn't really a contract but a place holder for no-contract. Therefore you cannot duplicate or copy it.
