forward email to CommitCRM and assign to customer

Hi All,

I am pretty sure this is possible but I can't find how to to this...

I have several customers that email my direct email address and I would like to be able to forward that email to CommitCRM and have it assigned to an account by added text to the subject line..

is this possible..?
