Contract Selection List

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is obvious somewhere I just can't seem to find it.

When opening a ticket we've got a huge list of contracts for any of our clients. We normally do 3 to 5 recurring monthly contracts for all of our clients so after a year or so of recurring contracts and periodic project contracts we've got a really long list to scroll through. Is there any way to clean up these contracts so they're not showing on the list every time a ticket is opened?

Thank you for posting this.

Sure, you should set all old Contracts as 'Completed'. You can use Batch Complete Contracts tool to complete multiple Contracts at once.

Please also verify that under Tools > Options > Contracts tab the option Hide inactive Contracts in Contract selection field' is checked.
