Wish list for commitcrm mobile app

- Android / iOS
- Ability to access all sections of CommitCRM
- Must be able to start timer, enter notes into timer while it is running.
o Perform other tasks on mobile device while timer is running
- Take photos that attach to ticket
- Get signatures
- Work OFFLINE
- Create/Edit documents
- Create/Edit accounts/tickets/charges/assets/knowledge base/
- Create/edit/view appointments
- Get reminders from appointments
- Use Active Sync to exchange accounts
- View reports

For timers when one is running the timer status should be able to been seen by admins in the desktop version.

Working offline on a mobile device is important to those of us outside major metropolitan areas, Go to an customer site with lousy cell reception, no wireless... still want to use the timer.
