Performance issue - Dispatcher

I do not have the SQL version yet and am having performance issues in the dispatcher. it is very slow when adding an appointment and also in navigating the "tickets marked for dispatch". Is there anything I can do to improve performance until we upgrade to the SQL version?

Thank you for posting this. Try white-listed the entire RangerMSP folder tree including all files and sub-folders from Anti-Virus live scans. Please do this both on all local PCs as well the server itself and see how it goes.
