It would be really great for the ability to multiple inbound email accounts, and to also have the ability, based on the account in which the ticket was received in, set the ticket label and ticket type automatically. For example macrequest@support.com would create a ticket with the label MAC Request, etc...
Since we don't have multiple dashboards, setting labels automatically would be very helpful.
