We often need to include a client's 3rd party vendor on a ticket email. We have added these vendors and their details to the "Relations" tabs on the accounts. It would be great if these "relations" were available to add in the list of email addresses on the "Email Recipients" tab to save us having to go out of the ticket, look up the address and copy/paste it in.

Currently the quick-add list of email addresses for Ticket External Recipients includes Secondary Contacts of this Account. You can, however, click the 'Add' button and use the magnifying glass button to pick an email address of any other contact - vendor or customer.
