Email Delivery Server Not Starting After Upgrade to V 12

Hi all,

we are experiencing a problem with email alerts after upgrading to version 12: the server does not send any mail. The email delivery component seems to crash on server start. We found the following entries in the UserLog_CmtEmailDelivery.txt file.
Could you please check this as soon as possible?

Thank you for posting. This is only a very short snippet from the logs and it definitely does not tell anything about the cause for this problem.

You can zip the content of \RangerMSP\Logs folder and email it back to us for a complete analysis. In case the zipped file is too big, upload it to Drive/Dropbox/etc. and email us the download credentials.

As you mentioned that you've just upgraded I'd recommend that you first try restart RangerMSP Server service on your server, and - in can this Windows service is configured to run under a Local System user - change it to run under an Administrator account - then restart the service and check whether it helps. In case it will not - please send us the log files as explained above.
