    employee ticket view

    When i go to tickets, I can change the default view from all employees to just me. I can also set a custom view for me and employee 1 and/or employee 2.

    If I close CommitCRM or the ticket module, it goes back to the default view (me).

    How can i make the default my custom selection? or how do i save my custom selection?

    Try defining a Filter that filters by employees, save it and use it instead of selecting individual employees each time.

          In the employee selection window, where do you chose this newly created filter?

          Under custom I don't see any place to selected a saved filter. I only see employees names.

            You do not use it from there. Once you save the filter you pick it from the Filters dropdown without having to reselect the specific employees each time.
