Hello, I saw in an earlier post that you should use "Block of Money" contracts for MSP clients. Our contracts last one year in some cases and others such as BDRs are sold on a three year contract. In all cases we want to make sure we are keeping track of our hours so we can know what our profitability is.
The second part of this question is, when something falls outside the contract scope and is billable, do you just simply check the box to bill the specific ticket?
