    Can we attach pictures or documents to a work order?

    Sure, you can attach files of various types (pictures, documents, excel files, etc.) to Accounts, Tickets, Assets, etc. The files are saved in RangerMSP as Document entities.

    To attach a file to a Ticket you can simply drag-and drop it while the relevant ticket is selected, and this will automatically create the document, and file it under the ticket.

    You can also go to the Ticket's Docs tab, and click the Add button in order to create a new document and link it to an existing file.
