    Labor Charge not Updating when Entering via Web Interface

    Updated to 16 the 21st. Noticed today that when entering time, after Item is chosen and hours filled in, the charge total does not update. It looks as though it does record properly, but it is disconcerting when the total does not populate. It seems to happen on clients who have only one contract assigned to them. When adding a labor charge to a client with multiple contracts and choosing the contract, the labor charge populated.

    When adding a product charge to the same client with one contract, the charge total did populate. This is the same client whose labor charge did not populate.

    Tried with both Edge and Firefox from Windows 10. Same results.

    Thank you for posting and noticing this.

    There is indeed a visual glitch when adding a charges via Web Interface.

    We have sent you a separate email message with a small patch that should fix this. Please follow the instructions there.

      What about the rest of us? Do you include the patch into new download revisions? I cannot believe (sorry for the rant) that the software platform we run our MSP on does not post public version numbers/change logs and allow for patch downloads for subscribers. Incredible the lack of transparency.

        Yes, we will introduce a minor version update, 16.0.0.6, in the next few days that will include this built-in to anyone that may need it. In case you are already facing the exact same issue please let us know and we'll email the manual patch to you.

            So it is 11 days later and I still have not received a notice of the 16.0.0.6 update. We have the same problem with the charge field not populating. Please email the patch to us ASAP. Thanks.

              Thank you for asking. Version 16.0.0.6 was released earlier this week. To upgrade to it simply download the upgrade program to version 16 again and verify that the file name being downloaded is includes the 16006 version. Hope this helps!
