Is There A Way To Report On Specific Items In A Monthly Contract?

Hi,

I need to find out what items are in a monthly contract, and cannot find a way to do this.

e.g. I want to run a report to find all customers who have either purchased a specific item, or have an active contract, with (say) Managed Antivirus, or certain Office 365 products, or any other product for that matter.

Our instance of CommitCRM is locally hosted, and uses the default database instance (NOT SQL).

You can get this information using one of the Charge reports. For example you can generate the Itemized Account Charges Summary report. The report can be filtered for specific item/s (using the OR condition between them). In order to list only customers with active Contracts, you should apply a Secondary Filter to have only active Contracts included:
