IIS 8.5 & CommitCRM 17 Web Interface

Need some help sorting out why my IIS install is throwing a HTTP 500 error.
"Calling LoadLIbraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Commit\WebInterface\CommitCRM.dll" failed. Would attach images but the forum doesn't seem to allow.

Followed this guide.

In case you are using a 64-bit version of Windows Server, you should enable 32-bit applications in the Application Pool Advanced Settings:

I can confirm I've got that setting configured correctly in Application Pools > CommitCRM Web Interface > Advanced Settings

Have you tried to restart IIS?

This is an IIS error and Googling may help.
