Generate QuickBooks Invoice (Filter Dates?)

It would be VERY HELPFUL if we could do a date filter (or other filters like "closed tickets only") on the main "Start" screen for the "Generate QuickBooks Invoice" screen. (would also be handy for Bath Invoicing).

Example: We bill in arrears, would save us a lot of time if we could show a list of clients that need billing for all charges on closed tickets with charge dates before Jan 31st.

If I understand your requirement correctly I believe that such filtering options are already available when using the Batch Invoicing option.
These hadn't been available before though, support for it was added to version 16.

We need the same custom filters at the beginning of the manual QuickBooks billing screen, where you can select a client. It would be very helpful if we were able to only see clients in that list that had charges to be billed according to the filter. For 1/2 of our business billing is too complicated to simply use the batch invoice option.
