I have several users who have wireless kbd/mouse; Logitech K330.
Periodically the 10-key on the keyboard will stop working in CommitCRM but continue to work in any other application on the PC.
The number keys above the letters will input a number, but numbers on the 10-key will not.
NumLock is on during all those times, so that is not it.
Rebooting the PC and/or changing batteries in the keyboard does not resolve it.
Normal use of the 10-key in CommitCRM resumes (30 to 90 minutes later) for no reason.
Does anyone else experience this?
