Customize secondary contacts

Hi
Is it possible to Customize secondary contacts we would like to add 2 fields to account?
1. Email (office365, gmail, pop)
2. Key Contact
Main reason for this is so we can export a mailing list based on the services the user has.

Thank you for posting this.

You can use the Structured Notes under the Contact to add more information about the Contact.
In case you need to add this information under the main Account, you can also use the Structured Note or create a custom tab with new custom fields.

It is possible to filter Contacts and Accounts by the text added in the Structured Note.

I have just tried this, I created a Structured Note:
"Office 365" field "yes"
"Contactable" field "yes"
"antivirus" field "no"

When I go to tools\export select the fields i want to export, how do i create a filter that say contactable yes, antivirus no. based on the master field Structured Note

We have worked this out using the "filter"

Structured Note Equals office365: yes
Structured Note Equals antivirus: no
