Because of several issues, I need to access my desktop (local) CommitCRM application remotely via a Remote Desktop Connection session to my office computer. Everything seems to work fine, except when I go to print anything from CommitCRM; it does not "see" the redirected printers connected to the client computer I am working on (remotely). Is there a fix, workaround, or other option to allow me to print to my local printer when accessing CommitCRM via RDC?

Hey CommitCRM support, why haven't I gotten a response on this?

Try relaunching CommitCRM after your RDC session is connected.

Re: Print to Redirected Folder (via RDS) options?
In general the printer dialog in RangerMSP should show all available printers. It should work and users print from RangerMSP to the redirected printers via RDS. FWIW, some users also use third party products such as Print to RDP.
As @lpopejoy suggested, it is indeed very possible that the application was started before all available printers were loaded and restarting it after the session started will help.
Hope this helps.
