What option does CommitCRM v15 offer to have data locked down? i.e. At the end of the month, once clients are billed, the charges (ticket#, account#, hours, description) should be prevented from editing.

Thank you for asking. As soon as Charges are sent to invoices in QuickBooks they are automatically marked as Billed and are "locked down", cannot be edited anymore and link to the invoice they were included in. In case you do not use the link to QuickBooks then you can mark such Charges as 'Billed' yourself, including an option to mark all Charges of a ticket as billed at once from the Charges tab.
