    Connection to Quickbooks Online broken

    Hi all,

    I tried to submit an invoice to QBO this morning and was told that CommitCRM needs to be connected to QBO again. I clicked the button and the pop up loads but there is no login section of the page, yet the header and footer are there. I have tried several times now and it's the same each time.

    I right-clicked the page, copied the URL, pasted into Chrome and it loads fine, allows me to sign in and says CommitCRM is now connected but when trying to submit the invoice in CommitCRM it still asks for the connection to be set up even after restarting CommitCRM.

    I need to send out invoices today so can anyone help fix this connection?

    Thank you for posting this.

    Once in a while QuickBooks Online forces re-authorization, so this is normal.

    The problem with missing log in fields may be related to the Internet Explorer version or settings.

    Please review the solution suggested in this article. This will require a registry change, so please BACKUP the registry before proceeding.
