    Quickbook Online Connection not working

    Hello, when I tried to generate an invoice in Quickbooks online from CommitCRM today, I got an error...

    An error occured in quickbooks

    REST request failed: Error connecting with SSL.
    error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure

    So, in an attempt to resolve this, I disconnected Quickbooks online and tried to reconnect. I get the same error when I do this.

    Anyone know what's up? It's worked fine for years until now.

    This may be related to a change implemented by Intuit / QuickBooks Online.

    It seems that they might have already stopped supporting connection using the TLS 1.1 protocol, although their official announcement is that they would do this by/around September 20, 2018.

    The new version 19 includes an infrastructure change that should meet QuickBooks Online new requirements to solely use TLS 1.2.

    Please upgrade to the latest version and give it another try.
