    Ticket Closed Auto Response

    Hi,

    I'm currently experiencing an issue where when some clients open a ticket via email they get the auto-response that the ticket has been closed. I've tested it and been unable to duplicate it.


    Any help is appreciated!

    Interesting. Please verify that the Email Templates selected for both Auto-Response (using ServerConfig utility) and new/closed Ticket alerts (using Tools > Options > Alerts to Customers tab) are the correct ones. Picking the wrong template there will email the customer the wrong text/template.
    If these looks good, check the content of these templates using Setup > Email Templates, maybe their content got changed.
