    stop emails from tickets from RMM

    need a way to stop it from sending emails about a ticket created by the GFI link. I already have those get labeled RMM but I want it to not send emails about those tickets. In the past people try to suggest using a rule in outlook for those, but this is not a good option because it is sending to all users and I would have to create the rule for everyone. I already set the system to not email clients about tickets because of the RMM tickets. We get a lot of false positives from the RMM and there is no need to be emailed about them.

    Good news - the recently released RangerMSP 20 includes an option that allows turning off email alerts to employees about Tickets and History Notes created by RMM systems (e.g. Continuum and MaxFocus).
    These email alerts can be disabled under the Tools > Options > Alerts > RMM Settings tab.

    Restart the 'RangerMSP Server' service to apply the changes immediately.
