    Feature Request - Bulk Actions & Multiple Manager Tickets

    As a previous user of ConnectWise, it was a big change to go to CommitCRM. Two of the items that I certainly miss are as follows:

    Bulk Actions

    We have a queue for new helpdesk requests. I would like to be able to select multiple tickets and apply the same action to all such as:
    - Change Priority
    - Move to another technician
    - Merge tickets
    - Assign Manager

    Multiple Managers on Ticket

    My other request is the ability to have multiple managers on one ticket as there are times that we can have two or more people working on the same ticket. This would allow us to see actions other techs have taken without have to go and search for it.

    Another option to this would be the ability to follow a ticket as well. Both of these options were available in CW

    To add to this, it would also be nice to assign multiple assets to a single ticket.
