Ability to add information from a pending appointment to an email
We would like to know if there is a way to add an appointment date/time from a pending appointment on a ticket to the body of an email template.

The appointment details are included in the email body while sending an email for the appointment, for example, using the Email button at the bottom of the Ticket Pending tab.
If needed, Email Template, used for such email messages, can be fully customized.
