Error running backup

Since the latest update when I run the backup procedure the program now wants me to choose the commit folder, never has before

No matter what folder I choose the message patch specified for Commit CRM DB folder found, but its content do not reflect a valid DB Folder.

I have previously purchased the the SQL Upgrade (approx 3 years ago)

I have not backed up for some time now so worried in case of issue

any help appreciated

The latest version - 25.0.0.5 - contains a newer version of the CRM backup utility file that should solve the problem you described.

You can download the upgrade program to this version from here.
