Is there a way to schedule a recurring ticket automatically in dispatcher for a particular user?
eg. We have a ticket that is created every 2nd Tuesday that 1 particular user takes care of at 9am. At the moment the ticket is created but we have to manually place it in the calendar using dispatcher.
If this feature does not exisit, could you please add this to your feature request list?
