Is there a way to merge 2 items together. I have an item that was entered initially incorrect with its part number. It has been charged out that way on tickets and now we have a correct item in there and I would like to merge the two items. Not finding where I can merge 2 items.

Currently there is no option to merge between two product Items. It is an interesting question and we will take note of this.
Instead of creating a new Item, you could change the existing Item details (except its type and Price Source/Price By).
In case you prefer to keep the older Item, you can suspend it using the link in the Item details window so this Item will not be listed while adding Charges.
