Can you please advise how we go about generating a report that shows all tickets that have been open for longer than 7 days.
I feel what we are looking for is an option for "Is Not" the last 7 days in the report filter, however, this doesn't appear to exist. All of the other options, other than "Is", require a specific date to be entered, which will not work when scheduling the report.
