    Web User Interface

    Hi,

    We do not want our customers to see the Contracts tab when the log onto the web interface is there a way to configure this?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can define what customers will see when they login to the Web Interface from Tools > Options > Web Interface window. You can decide whether they will be able to see charges, contracts, assets and history notes. You should remove the Contracts (un-select it), they will not see this tab. Make sure to restart the Web Interface service for this to take effect.
