ANN: RangerMSP 4.5 released!

Only six weeks after the successful release of version 4.4, version 4.5 is being released.

Just like version 4.4, this release improves the user experience, offers new exciting features for RangerMSP's client application and for the Web interface and includes a completely new and exciting Knowledge Base module (free of charge when upgrading your system).

Have you ever thought about integrating a remote support utility into your existing software as a module? A CommitCRM version of something like LogMeIn or Net Viewer would be great and I think it would open things up to a much wider audience for you. Keep up the good work.

The upgrade was good. but please address the bugs with the Refresh button. It get annoying when hitting refresh it always go to top of the list. Why cant it stay on the ticket you are working on? or just have the records be realtime and eliminate the need to hit refresh button. Keep up the good work and keep adding all the upgrades.
