Hi,

i want to know if CommitCRM has any feature where i can use to record shipping records for customers. parcel consignment notes, tracking number etc.
can i modify CommitCRM in any way to store this information>??

I am not sure whether this is a perfect fit for your specific need, anyway, you may consider using the Asset Management features in RangerMSP to track shipments of equipment and other packages. You can use the various fields an asset have to store the relevant shipping information. In case several different components are sent to the customer and each has an Asset record in RangerMSP, you can log the parcel ID in one of the free Asset fields and then filter the Asset list by this parcel ID to see a list of all assets included in the package.
